At Tikoo Inc., we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users. This Privacy Policy is structured to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India, along with other applicable global privacy frameworks.
As an employee monitoring solution, we collect data on behalf of our enterprise clients (the "Data Fiduciaries"). The data collected may include system activity, application usage, network traffic, and (if enabled) screenshots. Tikoo processes this data solely in the capacity of a "Data Processor."
Data is processed strictly for legitimate workplace monitoring, cybersecurity incident response, and insider threat prevention. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Under the DPDP Act, end-users (Data Principals) have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of their personal data. Please direct these requests to your employer, who manages your Tikoo deployment.
