Tikoo must be used strictly for lawful employee monitoring. You agree to obtain all necessary consents from your workforce in accordance with the IT Act 2000 and DPDP Act before deploying the Tikoo agent on their devices.
We guarantee a 99.9% uptime SLA for Professional and Enterprise tiers. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance during off-peak hours.
Tikoo provides software tools. We are not responsible for any legal disputes between you and your employees arising from your monitoring practices.
